CIABATTA is an Italian white bread created in response to the popularity of French baguettes. These rolls are the perfect vehicle for an overstuffed sandwich. Sturdy enough to hold any filling, these flat rolls — they fit beautifully in the toaster — are mostly crust, meaning you don't have a lot of bread competing with the cheese, meat, and veggies.

Lynch Creek Farm (LCF) Ciabatta Rolls are produced over a two-day period. Day-1, a Starter is created and refrigerated overnight. On Day-2, the bread dough is mixed, raised, folded, cut, baked, and when cool, packaged for delivery.

LCF hand-cuts the 4" x 4" Ciabatta Rolls and bakes them on full-size, sheet trays (18" x 36") in our Wood-fired Oven.

PORTIONS: One Order of Ciabatta Rolls consists of 4 Rolls. Each Roll weighs approximately 2.5 ounces each, about 1" thick, and usually sliced in half when served.

RE-HEATING: Ciabatta Rolls can be eaten at room temperature, but best as a sandwich if lightly toasted. Do not use a microwave oven to re-heat LCF Breads.

STORAGE: It is preferable to consume fresh Ciabatta Rolls; however, the Rolls may be frozen in a sealed plastic bag, and then re-heated/toasted.
